Reservation and Payment Terms
A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit equal to 25% of the total rental amount, as specified in the booking confirmation. If your stay begins within 8 weeks of making the reservation, full payment (100%) is required.
The full rental amount must be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival.
A security deposit of €1.000 is mandatory. Provided the villa is returned without damage or excessive wear, the deposit will be refunded within 10 days of departure.
- Cancellation up to 8 weeks before arrival: a 75% refund of the total rental amount.
